Data protection

Our approach

Product test data is commercially sensitive. Energy Mark is designed so that it stays with you. The software is licensed and runs on your premises, inside your network.

On-premise by design

• Energy Mark is installed on your own servers.
• Logger data, predictions and results stay inside your network.
• Energy Mark does not need to send test data to an outside cloud to work.

Access and audit

• Access is limited to the users and roles you approve.
• Every prediction is logged with its inputs, model version and rule version.
• Every prediction can be traced to the certified result it was compared with.

During a POC

• We work only with the data you choose to share, under a non-disclosure agreement.
• We use it only to run the POC for you.
• When the POC ends, we return or delete it, as you instruct.

Support and updates

Where support needs access to your environment, it happens through the access route you approve, and only for as long as needed.

In your contract

Data handling terms, security requirements and any data processing agreement are set out in each client contract. We complete security questionnaires on request.
