Gate 1: data check
Engineer review
Check the testBad data, off-standard test conditions or an unfamiliar design.
What your team does: An engineer checks the test. No prediction is shown until it passes.
Energy Testing Platform
Energy Mark turns live laboratory measurements into an early forecast of your product's final energy consumption, complete with a prediction range.
Your data stays in your environment. Your results prove the value.

Today
Your lab is collecting measurements. Your engineers are still waiting for answers.
Every decision waits for the last reading. Off-target units and wasted runs are found late, and redesigns start late.
More rigs and chambers cost capital and floor space. Each test still takes just as long to give an answer.
Energy Mark brings a proven method, so your data and analytics teams start from working predictions, not a blank page.
Energy Mark gives you the answer early, without changing the test.
Speed
Energy Mark begins analysing measurements while the energy test is still underway, providing an early indication of the likely outcome when sufficient evidence is available. The POC measures how early it holds for your products.
How it works
No new sensors and no change to your test procedure. Four steps, from the logger on your rig to the result on your screen.
Energy Mark picks up what your data logger already records every few seconds: power, voltage, temperatures, humidity and cycles.
It studies your completed tests and their certified results, so it knows how the first part of a test relates to the final number for each product.
On a new test, it first checks the data is valid. Then it predicts the final energy consumption, with a range that narrows as the test runs.
Your standard's own formula turns that number into a band. Your team sees it against the band the product is designed for, with the next step.
Decision gates
While the test runs, Energy Mark checks the data, then the prediction, then the band. Each result comes with a clear next step.
Gate 1: data check
Bad data, off-standard test conditions or an unfamiliar design.
What your team does: An engineer checks the test. No prediction is shown until it passes.
Gate 2: range check
The predicted range is too wide, or it crosses a band boundary.
What your team does: Let the test run. Energy Mark checks again at the next point.
Gate 3: band check
The whole predicted range sits inside the band the product is designed for.
What your team does: Move on to the next unit or design. The full test still certifies.
Gate 3: band check
The whole predicted range sits outside the band the product is designed for.
What your team does: Start the engineering fix now, not at the end of the test.
Who it is for
Lab data becomes a governed prediction system, on your premises.
See where the energy result is heading while the test runs.
A POC first, then a clear annual licence.
Honest by design
Every prediction shows its uncertainty. A single number would hide it.
Wide ranges, bad data and unfamiliar designs get Continue testing or Engineer review, never a guess.
The model predicts energy. Your standard's published formula sets the band. No model guesses it.
The full test still runs and certifies. Every prediction is logged against the certified result.
Questions
Energy Mark is an energy testing platform for product labs. It reads live measurements from your test rigs and predicts the product's final energy consumption, with a prediction range, before the test is complete. The full test still runs and certifies the result.
The final result of a product energy test, such as annual energy consumption, energy per cycle or standing loss, from the data logged early in the test. Every prediction comes with a range and the band it falls in.
No. The full test still runs and still certifies the result. Energy Mark tells you where that result is heading, early enough to act on it.
Any product with a measured energy test: refrigeration, air conditioning, water heating, laundry, cooking, lighting, electronics, motors, pumps, fans, compressors, transformers, solar, batteries and tyres.
Accuracy depends on your products and your data, so we measure it rather than promise it. It is reported on whole units the model has never seen, against their certified results, including how often an early read disagreed with the final test.
Exports from the data logger you already use, completed tests with their final results, and basic product details. No new hardware.
Quickly. The platform, its screens and its data pipeline already exist, so a POC on your own tests runs on working software from day one.
An annual licence, sized by the number of SKUs you predict for or by the tests you run. The platform runs on your premises.
No. Every licence starts with a POC on your own completed tests, because predictions are only meaningful on your products.
Proof of concept
A POC on your completed tests shows how early the final result becomes clear for your products.
